What you are buying
One Express Brochure website for £449 total in GBP. Pay £224.50 as the 50% deposit and £224.50 after the agreed build and revision round, before launch or release of final files. No VAT is currently charged. The balance is not charged automatically.
The package includes up to three simple information pages, responsive design using your existing branding and supplied copy and images, a contact form, basic page titles and search metadata, one consolidated revision round, launch checks and handover. A revision round is one combined list of changes within the agreed package; it does not add new pages or features.
It excludes ecommerce, checkout, customer accounts, booking systems, custom integrations, new branding, substantial copywriting, paid assets and more than three pages. Domains, business email, hosting and paid platform subscriptions are separate. Extra work is quoted and requires your agreement; nothing is added automatically.
Ordering and getting started
No sales call or individual project reference is required. Confirm the package fit, accept these terms and pay the deposit securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when the payment is verified. Provide your brief and shared content link using your private order page. Keep a copy of these terms and your order summary.
Use content you have rights to publish. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records through the brief. Domain or platform access, if needed, will be arranged securely. If you choose your own hosting, it must support the delivered site; hosting costs and accounts are your responsibility.
Delivery and review
The delivery target is 5–7 working days from the point your deposit, complete brief, final content, branding and required access are ready. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in England. Your choice about starting during a cancellation period also applies. Prompt, consolidated feedback is needed. Missing materials, customer changes and delayed feedback move the target accordingly.
If Lewie cannot fulfil the standard scope or stated delivery target for reasons within his control, you can choose a full deposit refund instead of accepting a changed scope or schedule. This also applies if that inability becomes clear after work has started. Additional changes or features will not be charged without agreement.
Optional care
Suitable third-party hosting is arranged and managed within the agreed custom-site care plan. Paid platform plans, domain registration, renewals and mailbox licences remain separate. Domains are purchased directly from a registrar in your own name; lewieallen:online does not sell domains. Domain and email assistance is available under a separate written scope. Basic existing-domain connection included in the build is not charged twice.
Managed Hosting & Care is optional at £29/month, billed from launch through a separate signup. Selecting interest in the brief does not create a subscription, authorise a recurring payment or charge you. You can instead use suitable hosting of your own. Separate care terms and any external platform costs are shown before activation.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before work begins for a full deposit refund. Once work has started, any amount retained must reflect a reasonable proportion of the agreed work actually supplied; unearned sums are refunded. No additional work or fees beyond the £449 package price are authorised by placing this order.
If you are a consumer with a statutory cancellation right, you may cancel within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. Work does not begin during that period unless you explicitly request it in your brief. If you request an early start and then cancel, you may owe a reasonable proportion for services supplied up to cancellation. The cancellation right ends on full performance during that period only where you requested the start and acknowledged that consequence. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed services remain unaffected.
To cancel, use the cancellation action on your private order page or email lewieportfolio@gmail.com with your name and order reference. No particular wording is required. You may use: “I cancel my Express Brochure order, reference [reference], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Reply email: [email].” Written postal cancellation can be sent to the correspondence address above. Refunds due are processed without undue delay and within any applicable statutory deadline; your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Ownership and communication
After full payment, your delivered website files and project-specific design are yours. Existing tools, third-party code, fonts and assets remain subject to their licences. Work is coordinated in writing using your order email and private brief; a consultation is optional.
