Domain registration, renewal and mailbox subscriptions are purchased directly from third-party providers, in your name and account. Service fees and provider costs are stated separately; no purchases, renewals or recurring management are started without your agreement. Existing email migrations, complex DNS repairs and additional mailboxes are scoped separately.

Do you sell domain names?
No. Domains are purchased and renewed directly with a domain registrar. The service helps compare suitable options and renewal prices, assist registration and manage the technical setup. Your domain remains registered in your name.
Can you manage domain renewals?
Yes, as an agreed management service: document renewal dates, coordinate reminders and help manage authorised renewal settings. Registrar charges are paid directly by you. The account holder must keep payment details current and approve any purchases or changes; uninterrupted renewal cannot be guaranteed without those responsibilities being met.
What does email setup include?
The written scope defines the provider, number of mailboxes and aliases, DNS records, sending and receiving checks and handover. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured where supported. Email licence fees are separate. Existing mail migration and specialist deliverability work require a separate scope.
Is this included in website care?
No. Managed Managed Hosting & Care covers the agreed website hosting, maintenance and checks. Domain and email setup or management has a separate scope and fee. Basic connection of an existing domain included in a website build is not charged twice.
How much does it cost?
Setup and optional ongoing management are quoted separately before work starts. The quote distinguishes the service fee from domain, renewal, mailbox and other provider charges. No subscription starts from sending an enquiry.
