This website’s enquiry form sends your details to lewieportfolio@gmail.com through FormSubmit, our form delivery provider, with a copy to fortysixlewie@gmail.com. Enquiries are also stored in a private Google Sheets tracker to organise responses and follow-up. You can also book a call through Calendly or email directly.

Your name, business email, organisation, selected service and message are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Please avoid including passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records.

FormSubmit processes the information you submit to deliver the email. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Calendly processes booking information under its privacy notice. The hosting provider may process technical access information to operate and secure the website.

Online payments and optional monthly care subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects payment and billing details under its privacy policy; this website does not receive or store your full card details. We retain payment event references, amounts and status information to reconcile payments and manage services.

Express online orders also store your name, email, accepted scope and terms version, payment references, website brief, supplied content link, optional care preference, and any early-start or cancellation request. These records are kept in the website’s private database to fulfil your order and handle support and accounting. A private order link lets you return to your brief; keep it safe. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive customer records.

Workshop bookings store your selected format and date, name, checkout email, payment references, accepted terms version, preparation answers and change or cancellation requests in the website’s private database. These are used to prepare and deliver your session and handle support and accounting. Keep your private booking link secure. In-person requests are sent through the same enquiry delivery provider described above. Please avoid confidential or sensitive information.

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. You can ask about your enquiry information or request deletion by emailing lewieportfolio@gmail.com. Information may need to be retained for an agreed engagement or legal obligations.

Voice-agent orders

Verified payment references, your name, email, selected package, business brief and cancellation requests are stored to deliver and support your service. Private order links grant access to the brief; keep them secure. Do not submit credentials or customer call records here. Actual call processing, subprocessors, caller disclosures and retention are agreed separately before a voice agent goes live.
