AI workshops are designed for business leaders, non-technical teams and mixed audiences who want practical ways to use AI at work. Choose a shared 2-hour Starter at £59 per person (maximum 8), a private 2-hour online Starter for up to 8 people at £495, or a 3½-hour Team Lab for up to 12 at £795. In-person Team Lab is £795 plus travel agreed separately. Online dates can be booked and paid for directly, with no required consultation.

Choose a £59 shared place for one person, or a private workshop for your team. Select a format and date, review the total, then pay securely through Stripe. No consultation or subscription is required.
All times are UK time (Europe/London). Bookings close 21 days before delivery to allow preparation. Dates are currently offered from 14 January to 25 February 2027, on selected Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The first shared cohort is Wednesday 20 January, 9–11am; the other listed dates are private sessions. Starter sessions last two hours; afternoon Team Labs run 1–4:30pm.
After payment is verified, your date is confirmed immediately on your private booking page. Complete a short preparation form there. lewieallen:online will send joining details to your checkout email at least two working days before the session, and share the workbook and templates by the session.

One broad sector or team function can inform the standard examples. A demo-led alternative is available where individual tool access is restricted.
Clear boundaries
The fee covers preparation using your form answers, live delivery and the standard materials. AI tool subscriptions, production integrations, custom datasets, company AI policies, new training programmes and ongoing implementation support are separate.
Recording is excluded by default. Any recording requires separate agreement and participant consent. AI output needs human checking before business use.
