Domains, business email, paid platform subscriptions, paid assets and hosting are separate. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

Cancel before work begins for a full deposit refund. If the agreed Express scope or delivery target cannot be met, you can choose a full deposit refund instead of a changed offer. Additional statutory rights are preserved.
For consumers, work will not start during the 14-day cancellation period unless you explicitly request an earlier start in your onboarding form.
